On Sunday, September 17, Pastor Gary Bauch, retired LCMS pastor currently living in Rochester, will be our guest preacher.  Pastor Bauch is a spokesperson of Food For The Poor, an international relief and development organization, providing housing, healthcare, education, fresh water, emergency relief and micro-enterprise assistance, in addition to feeding thousands of people each day in 17 countries of the Caribbean and Latin America.  Founded in 1982, the interdenominational Christian ministry serves the poorest of the poor. Pastor Bauch will share with us their ministry and how we can help support their ministry.

Food for the Poor

Pastor Gary Bauch currently lives in the Rochester, NY area.  He is a graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne, IN and was ordained a pastor in the LCMS in 1987.  Rev. Bauch has served parishes in Gary, IN, New Kensington, PA, West Henrietta, NY and Hamilin, NY.  In addition to parish service, he has also served as a chaplain in the Veteran's Administration, Monroe County Hospital, Rochester Presbyterian Home and Unity Health System.  Pastor Bauch is married to Jean and they have three sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.
