Resources During Pandemic

Resources for our time at home:

  • Church at Home from Bible Project - An 8-week email program providing videos, scriptures and discussion question to continue Bible study at home.
  • 21 Days Together - A video based website with messages and devotions from many LCMS pastors and Church Workers. Very encouraging!
  • Two NEW resources from Axis.org for families with teens: Coming Togther During COVID-19 and Family Night (while these are designed for families with teenagers they are good for any family!)
  • Concordia Publishing House, CPH.org, is offering many resources for churches and families:
Under the "For Home" section there is a new Family Devotion booklet you can download for free.
  • Lutheran Church Missouri Synod Coronavirus Pandemic resource page.
  • Lutheran Hour Ministries - Ministry Resources for COVID-19

Advent 2019

null

A remarkable thing happened that first Christmas, Jesus was born as Emmanuel - which means "God with us." At St. John we believe God is still with us, bringing salvation to the world. This Christmas season, join us for worship as we learn about our "God with us" through the ancient words and music of "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel."
